What we collect when you browse

We operate our own analytics rather than a third-party advertising platform. Nothing on this site is used for advertising, and we do not sell personal information or share it with data brokers.

For each page view we record:

• IP address, and the organization it resolves to
• Browser user agent, language, and platform
• The pages visited, when, and the referring page or campaign parameters
• Screen and viewport size, time zone, and browser client hints — used to distinguish a returning visitor from a new one when cookies have been cleared

We set one first-party cookie containing a random identifier so repeat visits can be recognised as the same session history. It carries no personal information itself and is not readable by any other site.

Identifying organizations by IP address

We look up the network an IP address belongs to, which commonly identifies the organization behind a visit. We use this to understand which kinds of organizations are interested in our platforms. It identifies an organization, not a person, and it is inferred from network registration data rather than anything you provide.

What we collect when you request the briefs

The request form collects your name, company, position or title, work email address, and which briefs you asked for. We use these to send the briefs, to verify the request is genuine, and to follow up about our platforms.

When you submit the form, we associate it with the browsing history described above from the same browser. This means a request is linked to the pages viewed before it. If you would rather that did not happen, clear cookies before submitting, or email us and we will unlink it.

Automated email and links

The download link we email is single-use and expires. We record when a link is issued, whether the email was delivered, and when a brief is downloaded — both to make the link work and to know that a request completed successfully.

Who else processes this information

• Google Cloud — hosting, storage, and databases
• Resend — sending the brief emails
• Google reCAPTCHA — distinguishing people from automated abuse
• IPinfo — resolving an IP address to an organization

These providers process information on our instructions. We do not permit them to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep lead records indefinitely. Government procurement cycles are long, and a request may become relevant years after it is made. We are telling you this plainly rather than implying a limit we do not apply.

Download links are the exception: they and their records expire automatically, usually within days.

Your choices

Write to contact@kleoslabs.net to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests regardless of where you are located — we do not require you to establish that a particular law applies to you.

Blocking cookies for this site prevents visits being linked together. The site works normally without them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The product briefs are held in private storage and are reachable only through a short-lived link issued after a valid request. Access to lead records is restricted to Kleos Labs staff, authenticated against our own domain, and every access is logged.
